Entangled Audio formed when Matt Squire (multi-platinum producer) was recording Ryan and Collin Steves's band, The 5:55. The three developed new technology to record online and finish the album while they were locked down in different states. Word quickly spread and new uses were found for the technology in different markets.
Online recording, multi-location/truly live virtual concerts and gaming interactions are essential building blocks for the future of the music industry. Internet latency and other barriers have made these paradigms impractical and aspirational. Entangled Audio developed technology to break through these barriers and fix the latency and glitch issues that we all associate with the current online experience.
The music industry has always reinvented itself through new technologies. It has never been more crucial to take hold of that spirit and "get to work".
